e-Tailing: Supplier Success Strategies for the Fastest Growing Segment of the Aftermarket
The potential opportunities and threats from e-tailing are too great to not address. Many aftermarket suppliers are simply behind. They need both a three-year vision and an aggressive action plan. The call to action is clear and compelling. Without a powerful online presence that promotes a supplier’s products and brands, the supplier will fall further behind and suffer. Suppliers need to do five things: create a vision; build up basic offline capabilities; exploit e-tailing and online opportunities; invest in digital content and analytics; and execute.
