The third annual AASA Digital Best Practices survey was conducted during the summer of 2018 in conjunction with SAP, a world leader in enterprise applications. This year, the study considers the readiness and actual plans of the aftermarket segment to not only digi­tize its business processes, but also the readiness of the aftermarket to make digital products and consider application services in response to the automakers’ embrace of emerging vehicle technologies.
