Third Day of the AASA Vision Conference Delivered Executive-Level Insights and Presented Aftermarket Innovation and Collaboration

The annual conference featured a CEO roundtable that discussed the latest global supply chain developments and announced the winners of the 2020 AASA Channel Excellence Award presented by Epicor.

RESEARCH TRIANGLE PARK, N.C. – The third and final day of the AASA Vision Conference provided aftermarket supplier executives with insights from a virtual CEO roundtable and presented the 2020 Channel Excellence Award, presented by Epicor, to BBB Industries and Hahn Automotive for collaborating on innovative inventory modeling and optimization tools.

Barry Neal, Partner, Roland Berger, and Rahul Gangal, Partner, Roland Berger, shared insights on the current state of the global automotive supply chain, analysis and forecasts about recent disruptions, and strategies suppliers can use to adapt their global production footprint.

Session leader and panelist Jeff Jorge, Baker Tilly, hosted a timely CEO roundtable discussion about the current and future state of global sourcing and manufacturing in today’s uncertain environment. Panelists included: Howard Laster, Continental; Selwyn Joffe, Motorcar Parts of America; and Jay Burkhart, TRICO Group.

Himanshu Palsule, President and Chief Product & Technology Officer, Epicor, presented the 2020 AASA Channel Excellence Award to BBB Industries and Hahn Automotive for a recent collaboration on innovative inventory modeling and optimization tools to facilitate the availability of the right parts at the right time. Kim Nolan, Vice President, Regional Sales, BBB Industries, and Josh Futerman, Vice President, Administrative Services, Hahn Automotive, accepted the award during today’s virtual ceremony.
