Protecting Your Company’s Digital Product Data: Learn More at the IPC’s April 2 Meeting

Date: March 14, 2019

One of the most valuable assets aftermarket suppliers have is their digital product data. In response to member requests for insights into how to protect these assets, the Intellectual Property Council (IPC) is hosting subject matter expert Thad Chaloemtiarana, partner, Pattishall, McAuliffe, Newbury, Hilliard & Geraldson, for an examination of digital product data and key takeaways on protection for IPC members.

The meeting, set for 8 a.m. until noon on Tuesday, April 2 at The Henry, Dearborn, Mich., also features a Washington update from Catherine Boland, vice president, government affairs, MEMA, and a member roundtable discussion to define, frame and document IPR problems. Boland and Chris Gardner, AASA senior vice president, will facilitate the roundtable to identify key subjects for a future IPC white paper that will communicate the issues to media, government, channel partner and other stakeholders.

Donna Policz, director of sales, DSS, the IPC 2019 premier sponsor, will make a major announcement at the April 2 meeting.

The IPC meeting will be held prior to the 2019 AASA Vision Conference, scheduled for Wednesday, April 3, at The Henry, Dearborn, Mich.

Registration for the IPC meeting is here. More information about the IPC is available here or by contacting Chris Gardner.
