Date: June 27, 2019
The AASA Technology Council (ATC) will host two major aftermarket resellers in its new Fall Conference feature: “Customer Technology Town Hall.” The ATC Fall Conference is open to manufacturers attending the AASA Technology Conference on Monday, Sept. 30. The Conference is scheduled for Sunday, Sept. 29 though Tuesday, Oct. 1, in Boca Raton, Fla.

The Customer Town Hall will feature Ken Ingram, senior director, digital content services, NAPA Genuine Parts, and John Schaeffer, manager of store planning, AutoZone. Each will share their perspectives and visions for aftermarket business technologies in separate presentations. Each of the discussions will conclude with an open Q&A session with the respective speaker.

The Town Hall is open to ATC manufacturer members only; non-member manufacturers may attend, subject to prior approval.

Also on the agenda for the ATC Fall Meeting are the Aftermarket Technology Roadmap, ATC update and other Council initiatives.
