Barry Neal of Roland Berger Will Examine the ‘New Retail’ Future of the Aftermarket in AASA-Exclusive Webinar on May 16

Date: April 11, 2019
AASA members will have another opportunity to learn more about the groundbreaking analysis by AASA and Roland Berger, one of the leading global consultancy firms, on how new distribution and service models will impact the aftermarket in a member-only webinar scheduled from 1-2 p.m. EDT, Thursday, May 16.

Barry Neal, Roland Berger partner, operations strategy advisory for automotive and industrial clients, discussed the new business models in his AASA Vision Conference presentation on April 3 in Dearborn. On the May 16 webinar, he will delve deeper into the full report, “The ‘New Retail’ Future of the Aftermarket (and How to Win).” Neal will discuss how new distribution and service models being pursued by existing aftermarket players and new “digital giants” will impact the aftermarket – and what AASA members need to do now to win. The full AASA / Roland Berger report, slated for publication later this year, will be available exclusively to AASA members.

Webinar registration is available here. For more information about the “New Retail Future” report or other AASA reports, contact Philip Atkins, AASA director of strategic research and planning: patkins@aasa.mema.org.
