AASA’s Amazon Meeting Coming Up Soon: June 6 in Seattle

The Q3 2019 Intellectual Property Council (IPC) Meeting, scheduled for Thursday, June 6, at Amazon headquarters in Seattle, Wash., is members’ opportunity to hear directly from Amazon’s team about the online retailer’s corporate philosophy and approach to protecting intellectual property rights (IPR) for sellers and brands. The meeting is open to all AASA supplier members and also includes a tour of the famous Amazon Spheres. Registration is $150 per person; IPC members may attend at no charge.
In addition, AASA is offering another event dedicated to intellectual property (IP) protection. At the Aftermarket IP Forum on Thursday, Aug. 15,at the Ford Conference & Events Center in Dearborn, Mich., AASA will bring aftermarket professionals together to share best practices about intellectual property protections and identify new strategies for cost-effectively fighting problems. Partnering organizations to date include ABMA, A2C2, Battery Council International, MEMA, NASTF, National IPR Center and SEMA.
The Aftermarket IPC Forum is open to attorneys/counsel, brand managers, and marketing and business development managers for aftermarket products. More details are available here.
