AASA Council Summit to Follow AAPEX Exhibitor Booth Camp in June

Date: April 25, 2019
AASA has scheduled its annual Council Summit to follow the Detroit-area session of the AAPEX Exhibitor Booth Camp again this year. Members are urged to join fellow peers for discussions of industry issues, engagement on best practices and networking. Attendees will include aftermarket professionals who are members of AASA’s Marketing Executives Council (MEC) and Modern Industry eXpertise (MiX).
The Council Summit will convene the morning of Wednesday, June 26, with the MEC meeting. The afternoon session will include a joint meeting of the MEC and MiX, followed by a facility tour and reception. MiX will meet the morning of Thursday, June 27. All meetings will be held at the Delphi Auburn Hills Facility, 3000 University Drive, Auburn Hills, MI 48326. Council Summit information, including registration, is available here.
The AAPEX Exhibitor Booth Camp will be held on Tuesday, June 25 in Farmington Hills, just prior to the AASA Council Summit. The Booth Camp is an AAPEX Event, co-owned by AASA and the Auto Care Association.
The annual Exhibitor Booth Camp is the perfect place to learn and brainstorm in preparation for exhibiting at AAPEX 2019. AAPEX team members and expert partners will present information to help exhibitors get the most out of exhibiting. All AAPEX 2019 exhibitors may attend at no charge.
This year’s agenda is scheduled to include:
  • Informative sessions offering insights on enhancing exhibitor ROI, pre- and post-show planning, and tips for a successful exhibit
  • One-on-one meetings with AAPEX vendors to help with planning
An additional Booth Camp is scheduled for Las Vegas, for those who cannot attend the Farmington Hills session. The Vegas Exhibitor Booth Camp is slated for Thursday, June 27, Sands Expo, Rooms 308 – 310, and will include a tour of the Sands.
More details about both sessions is available here. A video of the 2018 events can be viewed here.
