A former technician, Jeff has held multiple field and engineering assignments throughout his career with GM.  He led the development of diagnostic and service information tools for the Saturn and EV1 brands, as well as the software development of End-Of-Line test applications for Saturn, EV1 and several assembly operations in South America and Russia.

In his current role Jeff’s team works with advanced vehicle programs to identify and develop new vehicle serviceability initiatives for service tools and applications in order to ensure that technicians are able to effectively diagnose and repair today’s rapidly-evolving automotive technologies.  Jeff holds several patents relating to service & diagnostic applications and is a recipient of GM’s Boss Kettering award for technical inventions and innovations, for his work in the area of remote vehicle programming.
