AASA, HDMA and OESA, in partnership with Capstone Financial Group, Inc. are pleased to host the inaugural “AutoTech Connect.” This new mobility technology and vehicle supplier matchmaking event will be held September 5, 2019 at SRI International in Menlo Park, Calif. Tier 1 automotive suppliers and automotive aftermarket suppliers will have a unique opportunity to meet with startup companies that have developed advanced technologies for connected vehicles, telematics, EV and other applications. AutoTech Connect 2019 will provide a forum for one-on-one meetings between automotive suppliers and pre-vetted startups, learning about the latest trends, exploring new business relationships, networking with other suppliers and developing a better understanding of this evolving landscape.

September 4 AASA Mobility Technology Council (MTC) Meeting

The AASA Mobility Technology Council (MTC) will hold a meeting from 4:00-6:00 p.m. on Sept. 4 at the same venue. MTC Members attending the meetings on Sept. 5 should register separately for each event. September 5 Joint OESA/AASA MTC Meeting

The Original Equipment Suppliers Association (OESA) and the Automotive Aftermarket Supplier Association (AASA) will host a joint meeting the morning of Sept. 5, 2019, at SRI in Menlo Park, California. This automotive forum meets quarterly in California’s “Silicon Valley” area and helps automotive suppliers advance their business interests in connected and transformative technologies. Each meeting features insights from leading industry experts on issues of common concern for automotive suppliers. AASA’s Mobility Technology Council (MTC) advances the business interests of suppliers of connected technologies for automotive aftermarket applications.
The meeting will feature Michael Brady, Partner, and Co-Chair, Automotive Industry Practice Group, Warner Norcross + Judd. Learn how tier suppliers and aftermarket suppliers are partnering with new technology companies and how you should approach these arrangements.
Jeremy Carlson, principal analyst, autonomous driving, automotive, will share insights on automotive electronics, connectivity, mobility futures, software trends, ADAS and more.
Chris Bahlman, Continental, will depict the global supplier’s vision for launching new aftermarket applications through organic development and partnerships with third party technology innovators.
