  • Before August 30th: Cancellations that are received in writing will receive a full refund of their payment.

  • August 31st - September 14th: Cancellations that are received in writing between these dates will receive a 50 percent refund.

  • After September 15th: There will be NO refunds for cancellations after this date.

  • Non-attendance will be considered a cancellation on the day of the event; NO refund will be issued.

  • Attendee substitutions are accepted at any time prior to the events start date.
