Recently retired from Gates Corporation, Lisa Henkel was a Sales Effectiveness leader with 35 years of global Sales Operations, Marketing, and IT experience in the B2B environment. Her leadership spans over several sales and marketing influences, including market research, product marketing, sales operations, catalog and pricing, marketing, and CRM. She has led industry associations, written industry standards, and has been an industry speaker.
The latest highlight of her career has been the global implementations of CRM software where she led the business teams through rigorous business design definitions, translated requirements for development, oversaw (and sometimes participated in) development, led testing, developed and led training, and helped the business teams determine how best to use the data they were collecting for better decision-making and adoption.
Today Lisa is an independent consultant working with businesses to align their sales and marketing goals with process and technology.
