Tanvir Arfi is the Chairman and CEO of Chatterspot, a middle market focused holding company with a portfolio of companies focused on Brand Marketing; CRM Technology and Supply Chain Services primarily in the Automotive end market. 
 
Previously, Tanvir was President at Solera Holdings where management took the company from public to private in a $6.7 Billion buyout in partnership with Glodaman Sachs, Koch ventures and Vista Equity Partners.  Prior to Solera Holdings, Tanvir was the President and CEO of Robert Bosch’s Automotive Service Solutions division, with approximately 5,000 employees, operations in 19 countries, and revenues in excess of $1.4 Billion.
 
Tanvir served on the board of AASA from 2008 to 2012 and served on the Board of AAIA (later rebranded as Auto Care Association) form 2012-2014.  Tanvir currently sits on the board of ACES (a behavioral health services company) and Six Month Smiles (a dental equipment provider) and is a Senior Advisor to TPG’s Technology and Growth Funds.
 
He is a licensed private pilot, a Harley owner and classic car enthusiast.  He is currently working on a 1967 Mustang Shelby. He was previously lived in Kuwait City & Shanghai and currently lives in Dallas Fort Worth area.
