AASA Member Center at AAPEX Offers Free Services and Amenities for Members
Free services and amenities are provided to members in the AASA Member Center, Sands Rooms 104-106, during AAPEX.
Jump start the day with coffee and danish; stay energized with free beverages and snacks; use free computer stations to catch up on business and e-mail; access private meeting rooms; or go just next door to the AASA Overseas Automotive Council (OAC), Sands 103, for global networking opportunities. All are offered free to members, contributing to a more successful AAPEX experience.

Private Meeting Rooms Available to Members
The AASA Member Center is the perfect place to hold a pre-show sales meeting, meet with a new customer, hold an interview with the media in private meeting rooms. The rooms are available in a variety of sizes to accommodate as few as two and as many as 12 attendees.
Reserve Your Meeting Space
To reserve meeting space during AAPEX, please e-mail the following information to Debbie Wichman of AASA at
dwichman@mema.org:
- Your name, company and contact information: phone and e-mail
- Date and time you would like to reserve a meeting space
- Number of people in your meeting
Rooms are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Reservations are limited to a maximum of two hours per day. Reservations are available onsite on a first-come, first-serve basis.
