AASA Pulse: Supplier KPI Benchmarks Survey

AASA Pulse is the annual supplier key performance indicator survey and business planning tool. An exclusive for AASA member companies, this survey is the only benchmarking resource of its kind and is an important aid in the business planning process.  

The survey focuses on key performance metrics of suppliers. Questions cover return rates (various categories); payment terms (fill rate, turnaround, shipping, etc.); order metrics; sales force and marketing; and key financial metrics.  The survey is absolutely anonymous and answers are kept strictly confidential.  The survey report is only available to participants.
