Jennifer Gilbertson joined the AASA staff as its new director of membership and member services in February 2011.

Her responsibilities include membership recruitment and retention, recruitment of affiliate and associate members, and sponsorships of AASA events and special programs.

She joins AASA from the Health Industry Distributors Association (HIDA) in Alexandria, Va., where she held the position of senior director, marketing and new business development.
