ABOUT THE AASA CHINA AFTERMARKET FORUM

Purpose

AASA’s China Aftermarket Forum provides an opportunity for senior executives who manage China aftermarket operations for AASA and HDMA members to meet and discuss industry issues and solutions, share best practices and network among peers.  Members also share information from other Forums or Councils in Europe or North America where appropriate.

Membership
Membership is limited to aftermarket product manufacturers that are members of AASA or HDMA and that have China operations. Individual members are senior executives who manage their respective China aftermarket businesses. To download a membership application, click here.

Meetings
The group meets quarterly in Shanghai. Work group committees, such as the Reman working group, work on specific issue resolutions. Speakers are invited to meet with the group to address specific subjects of interest.

CAF Update

Members receive a monthly CAF Update with information on upcoming meetings and news that impacts their China operations.

Member Trends
CAF members participate in a quarterly survey benchmarking aftermarket sales, receivables, on-time deliveries, employee retention, and the overall strength of the China Independent Aftermarket.  The results are aggregated, reported and discussed at the quarterly CAF meetings.
